后来，攀岩发展成了一种体育运动，由于攀岩对人的体能、胆量，身体协调性、柔韧性要求均很高，所以与蹦极、滑雪、探洞、攀冰等项目同被列入极限运动。它能激发人们的自我挑战的精神，增强个人意志力、荣誉感，以及自我超越的决心。
我非常喜欢攀岩运动，而且经常练习。今年我来到了世界攀岩圣地——阳朔。

we would like to know the possibilities to book a half day excursion to a climbing area around, including transportation & equipment – 3 adult medium level climbers,
